Meet AdiDhPpfSnHeHht. Catchy Gamertag. Eh? If you can pronounce it, I will give you a dollar. Of course, why fret over a tag that will be cancelled in good time. In the interest of brevity, we will henceforth refer to him as “Adi”.
Adi is a cheater. A modder. You know the sort. Faster than a speeding bullet. Able to leap tall buildings in a single press of the A key.
Adi and I squared off in a
CTF Match on Terminal last night. It was my first HALO experience in over a week. It sure was good to see
Pastor again. And
Pachango was even sporting a stylish new afro on his icon. I was, however, suprised [i.e. dissapointed] to see the progress being made by the spineless swine who think that modding makes them clever. It was my first modder on the newest batch of maps. What will these crazy kids think of next?
Oh, and let us not leave Adi’s friends out of this. I would hate for them to feel snubbed. Let’s all give a ‘Tied the Leader’ shout out to
AltBudmaster and
Sanhangele [of Clan Modd Frenzy, no less]. Smile, ya bastards; you’re on Candid Blogspot!
Remember fellas, when you lay down with modders, you wake up with bad feedback.

I’m glad Bungie made ranks in Multi-team and team snipers completely hidden, I have yet to come across a modder there, and have played some of the most fun Match making games ever. Fucking Modders!
I agree with magnum177. I have yet to experience these ‘new and improved’ modders, but if its as fun as I hear, then I can’t wait….
I was just wondering the other day if there were any modders left out there after this last update. Apparently, there are still a few. Glad the ban-hammer has slammed home lately. Matchmaking play has definitely been more enjoyable. Now if they could just do something about all those sore losers (and sore winners)...
True that. I don’t want to come across as a MSFT naysayer. The Sherriffs that be have done a right fine job cleaning up this town.
Any other week, a modder would hardly be news. Just doing my part to tar and feather these varmints in whatever way I can.
Amount of modding down? I’ve gotten modded 3 times this weekend, two were almost in a row. Before that I’d only been modded twice, over the span a few months. And banning won’t fix anything. There’s one free trial for just about every live-enabled game sold. That’s millions of trials floating around. They’re not gonna run out any time soon. That guy’s lack of an actual name shows just how much modders care for their hacked accounts. Plenty more where those came from.
Modding may be down, but there’s no doubt that stand-bying is still “in.” Bastards found a way to make the game lag to a point where you can’t do anything, but you don’t go to blue-screen. It’s crazy how hard these guys try… and for what? They’re not obtaining anything. They’re not proving themselves better than anyone. They’re just making other people miserable.
I guess I’ll just never understand the mind of a cheater…
They’re the kind of people who kick puppies. They’re cunts.
Got standbyed, and found a good counter-move. If the screen goes blue, have someone on your team press standby. It lagged out the modder, one of his teammates, and one of ours when I tried it. It happened about 10 seconds after the screen came back. Would have won but his teammates superbounced and hid.

rarely happens anymore, but still annoying.
This is detracting from your BacheLAN party post, though, which should be on top of the page!

Yup – cheating is way down. Love it. I’ve been playing a lot of the team sniper. I’m a little better, but still not as good as I’d like.
